Dear Friends, Colleagues, and Lovers of Curry,

Greetings to everyone involved with the American Curry Awards. As the person who started this event, I am very happy to welcome all of you.

When I first created the American Curry Awards, I had a simple but important goal in mind. I wanted to celebrate the different types of curry dishes we enjoy in the United States and to say thank you to the people who work hard to make delicious curry. These people put their love, skills, and new ideas into cooking.

Now, the American Curry Awards have become very special. They show the best in the world of cooking, especially for those who make curry. We have come together as a community that loves curry and wants to share it with others.

Every year, we try to find and honor the best people in curry cooking. We keep making our rules for choosing winners better, so our awards are always fair and respected. We work hard to help the curry industry grow and get better.

As we look forward, I am excited about the new changes and ideas coming up in curry cooking. When we work together, support new chefs, and help everyone enjoy great curry, we make food in America even more exciting.

I am very thankful to all of you for joining us on this amazing journey. Your help and love for curry are why we have been successful. Let’s keep enjoying curry together, and help each other to do even better in the future.
